The essence of Cloudsourcing by CloudWorkers.ph is that you will be hiring qualified employee/s with no responsibilities that you would normally provide for a regular employee such as medicare, insurance, severance and hazard pay. However, they report to you, and they work for you just as if they are regular staff working inside your office in your home country. You communicate with our set of cloud-based tools, simplified to set yourself up for long-term success.

2. Do I Choose My Own Remote Employee?

Yes, you do. You're the one in control. We'll pick the best applicants, interview them first, and then give you resumes and arrange remote video interviews. During the recruitment, you'll give us the green light if you want to hire them.

3. How Long is the Process Going to Take?

The process will take approximately 7 working days after you sign the agreement with us.

4. How Much is the Recruitment Fee?

None, but we ask for a small non refundable administrative fee of $25.

5. What About Confidentiality?

We value the privacy of your information. We will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for your peace of mind.
